With heavy heart, I am constrained to inform you all that our former President, IPSA and former Professor and Head, Department of Political Science Prof. Jugal Kishore Mishra left for heavenly abode today afternoon. He was a great scholar, committed academician, gentle teacher, smiling human being and an unparalleled organizer. He was the main source behind the 62nd All India Political Science Conference at KISS, Bhubaneshwar in December 2025. Even when he was seriously ill and was fighting with cancer, he came to attend the main events of the conference. It is an unthinkable loss to the community of Indian Political Science. We express our deepest condolences on his sad and untimely demise.
