An Academician of repute having experience of over 21 years of teaching as well as 30 years of research in the field of life sciences which gave me invaluable insight on solving real life problems.
Published 26 research papers, supervised 5 Ph.D successfully plus Registered 4 candidates under my guidance for Ph.D award.
Organized seminars workshops, awareness programs, attended many national and international seminar; authored 3 books, principal investigator of 2 research projects funded by UGC, New Delhi, recipient of one gold medal and life member of many academic bodies.
Further, I designed and introduced one UGC career oriented add-on- course in Nutrition and dietetics in college of commerce , Patna and served as course coordinator for four years
Worked as state program officer for 1 year 3 months under the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan(RUSA), New Delhi for Bihar on deputation.
Luckily I succeeded into finalizing RUSA-2 Development grant proposed for Bihar 1939.57 Cr
And also I have worked in coordination with Council Members & Officers.
Below are the highlights of my work being SPO in BSHEC
Developed a comprehensive State Higher Education Plan amounting 1939.57 Cr to get fund from Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) under various component in which a total 372 crore amount Sanctioned.
Organized various workshops in BSHEC for Implementation of RUSA schemes in Bihar.
Facilitated the process of signing MOU, between RUSA, Delhi and Bihar Government.
Organized various brainstorming sessions for the implementation of Choice Based credit System, academic reforms for Quality Education, increasing GER in the State.
Conducted various Training/Capacity building programme for RUSA beneficiaries Institutions.
Provided overarching administrative support, including report generation and management, correspondences, logistical coordination, and general operations etc.
She contributed to NAAC awareness Programme effectively.
Represented RUSA Bihar four times at Central Level to promote interest of Bihar.
Presently working as a Director Higher Education, Education Department, Bihar.
Her achievements as a Director of Higher Education are attached in separate sheets.
However She has utmost satisfaction that She worked with full integrity & honesty to the best of my ability in Compliance to the order of authorities of Higher Education.
