The Vice-Chancellor in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 10(11), has been pleased to relieve Prof. H.K. Singh from the post of Director, D.D.E., L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga on academic & administrative ground. Prof. Vinod Kumar Ojha, Controller of Examinations, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga shall discharge the duties of the Director, D.D.E., L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga in addition to his own duties with immediate effect till further orders.
Prof. Singh is directed to report at his parent post i.e. University Department of Commerce & Business Administration, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga and hand- over the charge of the office of the Director, D.D.E., L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga to Prof. Ojha.
