NOTIFICATION
The Hon’ble Governor-cum-Chancellor of the Universities of Bihar has been pleased to recall the order dated-13.05.2022 of the erstwhile Governor-cum- Chancellor whereby proceedings dated 19.04.2022 of the meeting of the committee constituted to determine the Quantum of remuneration in lieu of appearance, Drafting, Legal Advice/Opinion and Retention Fee recommended to be paid to Shri Y. V. Giri, the then Honorary Legal Advisor to H.E., Shri R. K. Giri, Honorary Counsel to H.E. and Shri Rana Vikram Singh, Additional Counsel to H.E. was approved in the light of communication dated 27.11.2021 received from Shri Y. V. Giri, the then Honorary Legal Advisor to H.E.
As a consequence of the order dated 26.12.2023 of the Hon’ble Governor- cum-Chancellor, this secretariat’s Notification No.-BSU-08/2011-838/GS(I), Dated- 16.06.2022 and all the letters pertaining to Quantum of remuneration etc. sent to all of them individually are hereby recalled /withdrawn with immediate effect.
