Honored by the presence of Chief Guest, the Hon'ble Governor of Bihar, Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Guest of Honors, Shri Atul Prasad, IAS (Retd.), Chairman of Bihar Public Service Commission, and Prof. K.C.
