The Vice-Chancellor has been pleased to relieve Prof. Surendra Kumar from the post of Development Officer, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga with immediate effect, on his request.
Consequent upon the relieving of Prof. Surendra Kumar, the Vice- Chancellor in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 10(11) of the B.S.U. Act, 1976 (as amended up-to-date) has been pleased to authorize Dr. Sony Singh, Law Officer, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga to work as Development and Budget Officer, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga in addition to her own duties with immediate effect till further orders.
Prof. Surendra Kumar is directed to handover the charge of the office of the Development Officer, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga to Dr. Sony.
