An impromptu visit of Hon’ble Governor of Bihar Sri Arif Mohammad Khan at 2.30 pm. 
He at the outset made pranams to Thakur- Ma-Swamiji in the shrine. We formally welcoed him in the VSC library. Gave a short talk on how he came in contact of Rev Swami Ranganthanandaji and his book, Eternal Values. And later studied Swami Vivekananda. Explained how Swami Vivekananda’s Vedanta gives us real understanding of religion and can be the basis of harmony. He considers himself a volunteer of Swami Vivekananda. After a short and informal talk he took tea and snacks and left for Patna. 
The District Magistrate Sri Subrata kumar Sen and the S. S. P.Sri Sushil Kumar also attended the meeting. By the way the Municipal Commissioner Sri Vikram Virkar IAS,also visited the Ashrama half an hour ago the program. Some members of the Managing Committee and VSC including monstic members were present in the meeting.
