In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under section 8 of the Bihar State Universities Act, 1976 (as amended up-to-date), the Hon’ble Chancellor, after due consideration, has been pleased to transfer Dr. Dilip Kumar, ICAS (Retd.), Financial Advisor, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga to the post of Financial Advisor, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur on usual terms and conditions of re-employment with immediate effect till 06.08.2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
